Does the firm work only in Kyiv?
The office is in Kyiv. Consultations are available in person and online, and representation across Ukraine may be arranged depending on the matter.
What should I prepare for the first consultation?
A short timeline, available documents, correspondence and a list of questions. If documents are missing, the initial discussion can start with the facts you have.
Can I receive legal advice online?
Yes. We agree the communication channel, time, fee and list of documents after the initial enquiry.
How are legal fees determined?
Fees depend on the scope, urgency, number of documents and procedural steps. The agreed terms are recorded in the engagement agreement.
Can an attorney guarantee the outcome?
No. A court or authority decision cannot be guaranteed. We assess risk, agree a strategy and act within the law and professional standards.
